This vintage tie clasp is circa 1950s/60s. It has that "Hermes" look with it's stirrup design. It is made by Swank which made top quality mens accessories such as cuff links, tie clasps, etc. This tie clasp is gold plated with silver colored accents. It was in part of it's original box (which fell apart) so it appears it was never used. It measures 2 3/4 X 3/4 inches. It is marked on the back "Swank Klip" with a patent pending number and it also says plate. This is the perfect accessory for your Hermes tie! Note that the dark areas of the tie clasp are photo shadows.
