Terms and Conditions
After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. We will then contact you with a personal email regarding the availability of your item(s), as well as mailing information if you are paying by money order. If sales tax or shipping, handling and insurance costs apply to your purchase, we will also let you know the amount at that time.
Sales Policy 1. We guarantee that every item purchased from us adheres to our description. If you find that your purchase does not fit the description, email us quickly with the details and we will correct the matter. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of a stock item, email us and ship it back within seven (7) days of receipt with no changes of the item for a full refund. If the item is custom made to your specifications including changes in size and materials and it matches your specifications, we may charge a 15% restock fee if returned for refund.
2. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, bank wire transfers and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All prices are in US dollars. If a Florida resident, 7% Sales Tax will be added to your payment. We do not accept personal checks. Money orders and cashier's checks take up to 10 days to clear the banks, so delay your order being shipped.
3. Or you can use www.escrow.com who will forward your payment 48 hrs after your order is received if it is not returned to us.
4. We do not extend credit or finance purchases as it is costly to provide this service and would require that we raise our prices. We will do lay-away with 1/3 down and the rest in the next 60 days on items that are not discounted.
Shipping Policy 1. We ship within one working day after receipt of your funds, and often the same day if received before 2 pm Eastern Time.
2. There will be a Shipping and Handling charge on each complete order. It is $20 for FedEx 2nd Day Air, $35 for FedEx Overnight, and $65 for FedEx International. We also charge $5.00 per each $1000, or fraction thereof, of order value for insurance from FedEx when it runs above the standard shipping and handling charges noted above.
3. On credit card orders we ship to the billing address of the card to protect the card owner from misuse of their account. In special cases we will ship to a work address if we are sent the employing company’s name, address and main phone number so we can verify employment there. . On overseas orders, you must fax us the latest copy of your credit card bill containing the billing address and account number for verification. Our fax number in the US is 727-894-2280.
