This cool ring is so 60s. It is made from Silver and agate and is a size 8,  but since it is a wrap around style it is adjustable to a larger or smaller size. The ring appears artist made to me and is a bit crude in its execution but I believe this is part of its charm. It measures 20 X 20 mm at the top and rises 5 mms up off of the top of your finger. It is in very good condition and is unpolished so has a good patina.
