This necklace is English and is made from sterling silver with light blue enamel work. It is a round box that may have been a pill box. It is marked with an anchor, lion passant, the letter B and the number 29. There is some gold plating inside of the box. There are two small chips on the edge of the enamel. One is completely gone so it looks dark in that area (see pictures) and the other is the top layer so it looks white beneath, not blue at this spot, both are very small areas. The box measures 1 5/8 inches in diameter and the chain it hangs from is 28 inches in lenth.
