This vintage Edwardian period ladies watch chain is made from sterling silver and has a shell cameo slide on it. The chain is 58 inches in length and about 3mm wide. The loop which is used to hook the watch to the chain is marked "sterling" on the inside. The cameo on the slide is carved from shell and measures 1 X 3/4 inches. The chain weighs 39.1 grams so it will hold a heavy watch. This piece is in very good condition.
