This fun bead neacklace is circa 1950s and OK, I admit to a weakness for the cheapy, garishly colored plastic jewelry. It has the look of a 60s piece but I believe it is 50s due to the clasp type which unscrews. It is made from VERY light weight faceted plastic beads, the darkest are translucent and the others are opaque. These were probably made in Japan but are not stamped as such. They measure 45 inches long and the three strands are 3/4 inch wide when measured together flat. Check out the similar bright orange beaded necklace listed, they look great worn together!
