This neat piece is circa 1980s or 1990s. It is fashioned from sterling silver and set with a very nice opal gem in the eye. This piece can be worn as a brooch or on a neck piece as it has a loop on the back. It is stamped sterling and although it looks like a handmade artist piece to me, it has no other stamps on it. It measures 1 1/2 x 1 1/8 inches. I love all things fishey so I think this is a really neat pin.
