| Question: |
Do you buy jewelry? |

| Question: |
How much will you offer for the items listed below? |
| Answer: |
We will not bid on any jewelry. As a guideline, we often sell our jewelry for about half of the appraised value so will not pay more than 1/4 the appraised value if we like the item.

| Question: |
What guarantees do you give? I've never bought on the Internet before, so how can I find out more about your company? |
| Answer: |
Go to the About Us page on the left and check out our references and guarantees there.
|
| Question: |
How much is the sales tax and shipping cost of my order? |
| Answer: |
There is no sales tax when shipped outside Florida. Within Florida, the sales tax is 7%. Shipping is by FedEx overnight costing $35 or 2nd day air costing $20 within the US. Items costing over $500 are shipped overnight because it is more secure and is required to be covered by insurance. Insurance costs are $5 per each $1000 of value or fraction thereof.

| Question: |
Will you accept orders from other countries? |
| Answer: |
We will accept orders in $US paid by International Money Orders or direct Bank Wires to our account from anywhere in the world. However we can only insure shipping to about 40 countries at this time, so cannot guarantee safe delivery to the others.
|
| Question: |
Why don't you accept credit cards from other countries? |
| Answer: |
Because we only ship to the verified billing address to protect the owner from unauthorized card use, we are not able to verify the billing address outside the US and Canada. In some cases we will accept a faxed copy of the most recent credit card bill with the card number and address on it as verification

| Question: |
What is the cost of shipping and insurance outside the US including the exchange rate and import taxes to my country? |
