This lovely and unusual stick pin is antique circa early 1900s. This is either an actual old coin or a replica of one, I am not familiar with coins so do not know which it is. The coin is marked on one edge ARGENT, which I am told is silver in French. It also has a small touch mark next to the word and also on the stem of the pin. I cannot make either of them out so cannot tell you what they mean. The back of the coin says FRANCE on one side and RUSSIE on the other. It measures 5/8 of an inch in diameter and the stem is 2 1/2 inches long. It is quite tarnished but will polish bright if you desire it.
