This pretty hair comb is antique circa late 1800s, early 1900s. The comb is fashioned from celluloid and the beads are faceted amber. The metal is gold plated or brass.  The measurements are 4 x 2 3/4 inches. The amber bead portion is on a hinge which allows for best placement in your hair. One of the beads has a chip in it and a couple of others have a slight ding. The metal plating shows wear and the celluloid comb has some scratches on it. The comb is still able to be used and quite lovely.
