This beautiful Art Deco period watch is made from
platinum and 1.00 carat total weight of diamonds with synthetic sapphire
accents. The watch has been converted to quartz movement for ease of wearing and
longevity and is 6 1/4 inches long with a 1/2 inch wide face. Watch and
band both are platinum. The watch case and lugs contain 49 round single cut
diamonds. The band contains 54 single cut diamonds, two rows of small diamonds
on each side of the band. The connectors contain 5 round full cut diamonds and 1
round single cut diamond. The total diamond weight is 1.00 ct. The diamonds
average VS in clarity and H-I in color. There are 4 triangle shaped scissor
cut synethic blue sapphires on the watch case which is common for this period.
The crown contains 1 cabochon cut synthetic sapphire. The diamonds are bead and
bezel set, sapphires are bezel set. The face is white (slightly darkened with
time) with black numerals and is of the size that can actually be read! There
is no makers name on the face. This is a beautiful period piece! Retail
