This beautiful strand of pearls is circa 1980s. It was never worn however, as it came from unused stock from a closed store. The pearls are a large 8 1/2 To 9 MM in size and are listed as white with a rose overtone. To my eye they look pink. The overall length of the necklace is 18 1/2 inches. The clasp is 18 kt yellow gold and is set with 16 round brilliant cut, VS clarity and G to H color diamonds for a total weight of .25 ct. The clasp measures 19 mm in diameter and is stamped 750 and also what looks like 0255A. The appraisal states that the pearl luster is high, the nacre is thick, the matching is excellent and the pearls are only slightly blemished. Since this necklace was never worn, the condition is excellent.
