This unusual and really fun ladies compact is vintage circa 1920s/30s. The outside is dark brown, textured leather with a real leather handle and the closure looks like brass plate. The design is so clever that it really looks just like a tiny suitcase on the outside. It measures 3 1/4 X 2 3/4 inches. The inside has the powder screen but no puff. The closure has some scratches on it and a little plating loss, otherwise it's fine and the mirror has some age spots on it. They do not interfer with seeing your reflection however. The initials F.L.M. are printed on the outside back of the compact and the overall condition is very good.
