This great looking ring is vintage circa 1980s. It is fashioned from 18k yellow gold with white gold or platinum balls and set with 20 mystery stones. The stones are round cut and about 2-3 mm each. The appraiser was unable to determine what they are due to there small size and how they are set but it was determined that they are not diamonds. They are very brilliant so they could be white sapphires or even cubic zirconia. This ring is a size 7 1/4 and the top with the balls measures about 3/4 X 1/2 inches. 750 is stamped inside along with a group of other numbers and letters similar to how some of the better jewelry companies number their items, but I cannot make them out. This ring weighs 6.4 grams and has a quality look and great design.
